To the fullest extent permitted by law, Melodial is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. You agree to indemnify Melodial and related parties from claims arising from your breach or unlawful use. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect; failure to enforce a right does not waive it. You may not assign your rights without our consent; we may assign ours at any time. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.
