Your login details
Your username is the email address you signed up with, for both the app and the website. Your password was sent in your welcome email, so check your inbox and spam folder.
Your app password is separate from your website password. They are two different logins, and resetting one does not change the other.
Reset your app password

Log in at melodial.com/account with your website email and password.

Under Mobile App Player Settings, click Reset Mobile App Password. Your new password will be emailed to you.
Reset your website password

Go to the account login page and click Forgot password.

Enter your email and follow the reset link we send you.
