Your login details
You have one Melodial login. Your username is the email address you signed up with, and your password is the one you chose when you completed your registration. The same email and password work everywhere: the mobile app, the web player at app.melodial.com and your account page on melodial.com.
There is no separate app password. If you change your password in one place, it changes everywhere.
Reset your password

Open the sign-in screen in the app, the web player or your account page and tap Forgot password.

Enter the email address you signed up with. We email you a password reset link, not a password.

Open the link and choose a new password. It works straight away on every device.
Nothing arrived? Check your spam folder, and that you entered the email you signed up with. The email only goes to addresses that have an account.
