Playback controls
At the top of every track list you will see two buttons, Shuffle and Continuous. These keep music playing all day without touching your phone.
Shuffle
Randomises the play order so customers do not hear the same sequence every day. Tap once to turn it on.
Continuous
Plays every track automatically with no gaps, then loops back to the start. No dead air, from open to close.
Turn both on for the best experience. Shuffle plus Continuous means your music plays non-stop in a different order each time.
Create a playlist
There are two ways to create a playlist, and each playlist holds up to 2,000 tracks.
Start empty
Go to the Playlists tab and tap +. Give it a name and it is ready to fill.
Create while browsing
Found a track you love? Tap + next to it and select Create New Playlist.
Add tracks to a playlist
Add a single track, or add every track from a genre, radio station, or playlist at once.
Add one track
Tap the + button next to any track and choose the playlist you want it in.
Add everything at once
Tap Add All to Playlist while browsing a genre, radio station, or playlist to add every track in it in one go.
Duplicate tracks are allowed, so you can add the same track more than once if you want it to come around more often.
Reorder tracks
Open a playlist and tap the reorder icon (three horizontal lines). Each track gets a drag handle, press and hold to move it into position, then tap Save to apply your changes or Cancel to discard them.
Manage a playlist
Rename
Tap the edit icon on the playlist card or in its header.
Remove a track
Long-press or swipe right on mobile, then confirm.
Delete a playlist
Tap the trash icon and confirm.
Offline playback
Download tracks to your device so the music keeps playing if your internet drops. Look for the download icon on a playlist or track.
There is no limit on how many tracks you can download, and downloaded tracks play exactly like streamed ones, with every control working normally.
Tips for best results
All tracks are volume-levelled, so you will not get jarring loud-quiet jumps between songs.
